Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
KumoAdorn accepts refund requests within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry items (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Beads and figurines must be returned in unopened original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the provided address with tracking service
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label if applicable
- You may choose between replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Lost packages without tracking confirmation
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Change of mind for beads/figurines after packaging is opened
